Wholeheartedly Recommended From the very beginning, Joe treated our family with exceptional kindness, compassion and professionalism. He guided us patiently through an incredibly difficult and stressful time, ensuring that we understood every step and never felt rushed or overwhelmed. We were especially grateful for the care and reassurance he gave to my mum, which meant so much to family. Gemma, our celebrant, was equally empathetic and kind, delivering the funeral service beautifully and sensitively, with tactful touches of humour that captured and brought to life fond memories perfectly. The empathy, patience and genuine support shown by Joe, Gemma and everyone at Sillett's Funeral Directors will always be remembered. From the moment we first contacted Silletts after the sudden loss of my dad, the staff showed  nothing but kindness, compassion and professionalism. At one of the most heartbreaking times of our lives, they guided us through everything with such care, dignity and respect, making an incredibly difficult experience just that little bit easier to bear. They were always available to answer questions, explained everything patiently and supported our family every step of the way. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they ensured the funeral was a beautiful  tribute to my dad who meant the world to us. Losing my dad so suddenly has been the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced, but knowing he was in such caring hands brought us genuine comfort. The kindness shown to both him and our family is something I will never forget. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for everything you did. You gave my dad the most dignified farewell we could have wished for, and for that we will always be grateful. I cannot recommend Silletts highly enough. We recently lost our mum to cancer and at the time she was living with her daughter in Southport. When she passed away Silletts travelled to Southport to bring her back to Bury. From the moment we contacted Silletts we knew we were in safe hands!!  Silletts professional yet down to earth approach was very reassuring and comforting at a time of our deepest sorrow.  Nothing was too much trouble and everything was planned and taken care of. Dads funeral went so smoothly and was all down to The amazing Team who took the time to plan and consider the families needs and they ensured the family felt supported at all times!! The flowers which they sourced for the top of the coffin (for the family) were absolutely beautiful and very fresh! I can’t recommend their funeral services enough 10/10. they were amazing when my sister passed away, they went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted to help my parents manage the worst time in there's and our lives I think I managed to speak to everyone in the family over the time to make arrangements and everyone knew what was happening with her and where we were up to. I just wanted to send a note to say a special thank you to you and all the staff at Silletts for the exceptional care we have received over the past month.  Indeed for the past 20 years. You went above and beyond anything we could have asked for whilst pulling plans together. Dad, Mum, Andrew and Michael were all treated with absolute respect and cared for as if they were your own family.  Your guidance and advice was pitched perfectly, you took the time to listen to us, talk with us, get to know us and we, in return, had absolute confidence that our family were in safe, caring hands.  You kept in touch with us regularly and the level of service yesterday was, as I say, exceptional.  You quietly, discreetly and sensitively guided us through the day and I cannot thank you enough.
